The Ashley School Academy Trust in Lowestoft is seeking a visionary KS3 Inclusion Lead to drive inclusive practice across the Key Stage 3 curriculum.
This role leads the Inclusion Team, mentors staff, and ensures high-quality provision for pupils with complex needs in a new pastoral structure.
You will champion EHCP processes, monitor progress toward targets, and partner with parents, carers, and external professionals to meet diverse needs.
