Responsibilities
- Carrying out a range of administrative and financial tasks to support the delivery of training and the management of training contracts.
- Collating and analysing data in relation to programme attendance and evaluation in order to support course management.
- Uploading online learning resources, ensuring they are kept up to date and accessible.
- Providing customer advice and guidance to enable access to appropriate learning programmes.
- Conference and event co‑ordination.
