A unique opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join East Suffolk Services Limited as a Learning and Development Apprentice.

Your role

Your role will be to carry out administrative duties, including the coordination and organisation of Health, Safety, Training, and Compliance service delivery for East Suffolk Services.

This will include assisting with preparing training materials, updating e-learning modules, booking staff onto training, and supporting the evaluation process. You will also respond to general enquiries, maintain learning records and liaise with external training providers.

You will need to have excellent communication and IT skills and a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above or grade 4 -9 (or equivalent). No previous administrative or customer services experience is required, as full training will be provided.
