You will need:Extensive experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics and performance reporting, with expert knowledge of Power BI, SQL and SSRS. Proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and service improvement. Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience developing, coaching and motivating high-performing teams. Experience of designing and delivering technical training and building capability within teams to support continuous learning and innovation. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across services, partner organisations and senior leadership groups.
