Lapwing is a specialist therapeutic education provider and charity, working with young people facing exclusion from education, employment and the community through social, emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties and disabilities. Lapwing delivers a broad range of highly personalised education programmes and projects that are designed to meet the needs of, and help realise the aspirations of, each young person.
We are recruiting a Recruitment Officer to drive forward our vision to systemise the recruitment and onboarding process in a new HR and payroll system. This is a varied role, and we are looking for someone who is highly organised and detail-oriented to support the administration and compliance of recruitment and onboarding. The role plays a key part in ensuring a positive experience for candidates whilst maintaining compliance and adherence to company policy.
This role will suit someone who is pro‑active, able to work on their own initiative, methodical in their approach and has good attention to detail. You will be a problem solver with excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, and competent in the use of Microsoft Office and systems.
This is an office-based position situated in Martlesham Heath. The role is term time plus four weeks across the school holiday periods expecting approx. two of these weeks during the summer holiday period.
