Ipswich Opportunity Groupare seeking a Playleader to work as part of a team in planning and preparing activities for pre-school children with a range of abilities so that they can all access them and encourage their development in all areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• to help to organise and run play sessions of the Opportunity Group, ensuring that appropriate standards of therapeutic play are maintained




• ensuring playroom is safe and accessible for all children




• encouraging children to access activities




• setting up playroom for each session and clearing away at the end.

What you will need

• Level 3 or other relevant qualification




• Knowledge of a range additional need




• Good communication skills

About us

Ipswich Opportunity Group is a support group for families who have pre-school children with special needs and disabilities. Parents and carers attend with their children so are in the playroom for part and all the sessions.
