Bucklesham Primary School is looking for a part‑time Office Administrator (3 or 4 days a week) to manage general office operations and provide administrative support to staff, students and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities management administration
  • Reception and front of school duties
  • PA support to the staff team and Headteacher
  • Ensuring the office function provides a quality service and runs efficiently
  • Planning, developing and monitoring whole school systems, procedures and policies
  • First aid

Additional Information

  • Location: Bucklesham, Ipswich, Suffolk IP10 0AX.
  • Salary: £26,402 – £28,142 pro rata.
  • Hours: 7.5 hours per day, 3 or 4 days a week, 8am–4:30pm, 39 weeks per year (unpaid one‑hour lunch break).
  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Job sharing available.
