Bucklesham Primary School is looking for a part‑time Office Administrator (3 or 4 days a week) to manage general office operations and provide administrative support to staff, students and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilities management administration
- Reception and front of school duties
- PA support to the staff team and Headteacher
- Ensuring the office function provides a quality service and runs efficiently
- Planning, developing and monitoring whole school systems, procedures and policies

- Hours: 7.5 hours per day, 3 or 4 days a week, 8am–4:30pm, 39 weeks per year (unpaid one‑hour lunch break).
