One Sixth Form College are seeking a committed and proactive Inclusive Learning Coordinator to join our cross‑college SEND Services team. This role plays a key part in supporting students with additional needs, ensuring they can access learning effectively, overcome barriers, and achieve their full potential.

Working closely with the SEND Services team and cross‑college professionals and support staff, the postholder will contribute to the coordination and delivery of inclusive support services across the college. The role focuses on conducting EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) annual reviews, liaising with local authorities, parent/carers, feeder schools and specialist services, and supporting the identification and assessment of students with additional needs and exam access arrangements.

The Inclusive Learning Coordinator will also play an active role in transition activities and occasional promotional events such as open evenings, helping raise awareness of SEND services. As part of the Eastern Education Group, there may be opportunities to support provision across group colleges.
