Business and Finance Administrator – Suffolk County Council

Your role and responsibilities

  • Support the accurate and timely processing of payments to the care market, ensuring high standards of financial governance and value for money.
  • Use Excel at an intermediate level and employ strong IT skills to manage data, record information accurately and support auditing processes.
  • Work flexibly as part of a collaborative team, using your interpersonal skills to deliver a positive and professional customer service experience.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payment to care providers.
  • Accurately setting up and maintaining provider care contracts within the case management system.
  • Developing expertise in the use of case management systems.

Key requirements

  • Proven IT skills, including use of Excel at an intermediate level.
