Suffolk County Council is recruiting a Housing Transitions Advisor to join the Housing Development Team in Ipswich.
The role is a fixed-term/secondment for 12 months with a salary of £34,434 per annum (pro rata if part time) and a hybrid working arrangement.
You will support care leavers and young people at risk of homelessness by coordinating housing pathways, delivering training, and working with PAs, social workers and lead professionals to reduce housing risks and improve outcomes.
