Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Apprentice Special Education Teaching Assistant to the special education unit team as soon as possible. While this role is being advertised as an apprenticeship, we are also advertising this position for an experienced SEU Teaching Assistant role.

About the role

You will work with individual pupils and groups of pupils, under the direction of a teacher/line manager, introducing tasks, monitoring pupils’ work, and using a range of strategies to support their learning. You will have the ability to draw on your specialist skills and knowledge to respond effectively to pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
