Hours: 37 hours per week, Flexibility is offered

Your role:

  • You will provide hands-on and administrative support to ensure the Better Recycling programme is delivered smoothly across our operational teams.
  • This includes coordinating activities, organising training and inductions, supporting system use (such as Bartec), managing resources like PPE, maintaining accurate records, and helping resolve day-to-day queries between Customer Services and Waste teams.

What you will need:

  • You’ll be highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple tasks.
  • You should have experience in administrative or coordination roles, good IT skills, strong communication abilities, and an understanding of GDPR and basic compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting change, using operational systems, or coordinating training would be an advantage.
