Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Apprentice HR Assistant into the team at Central Services.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include effective administration of all HR related processes and employee life‑cycle issues and supporting the Trust’s external payroll provider to provide an effective payroll and pension service. You will need to be self‑motivated, flexible and well‑organised to manage conflicting demands and varied workloads. The role requires resilience and a ‘can do’ attitude.
