This new role is central to our transformed Housing Management service and our ambition to be an outstanding landlord.

About the role

About you

We are looking for a highly skilled housing professional with a track record of leading teams and delivering service improvements. You will have a strong background in leading diverse teams and working collaboratively across departments. You will bring effective leadership, project management, communication and negotiation skills, and will have the experience to confidently manage tenancy sustainment, home ownership, and administrative functions. You will be adaptable, policy aware and committed to transparency, tenant engagement, and continuous development. You will also be a strategic thinker with a passion for service improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality, integrated housing services.

If you are ready to lead a forward thinking team and make a real difference, we are very keen to hear from you.

  • Wellbeing Support Program.
  • Employee Assist Program.
