Hopton CEVC Primary School wishes to appoint a new and dedicated Head of School who will drive the school’s Christian vision and strategic leadership during the next stage of our journey as we join Elveden Schools Trust. They will work alongside the Executive Head Teacher who will support the successful candidate to ensure that the school continues to provide the very best education for all children.
You will:
- demonstrate experience of driving sustained school improvement
- support the staff in leading curriculum innovation and design in line with the school’s Christian vision
- ensure all children with SEN receive the education they deserve through bespoke provision and multi-agency working
- demonstrate effective behaviour management which enables children and staff to flourish
- share a passion for education, and can demonstrate how you have helped to improve the quality of education
- establish and oversee systems, processes and policies to ensure the smooth running of the school
- use school data to inform strategy and monitor impact through children’s progress and attainment.
- deliver high quality teaching and learning through Boosters, PPA cover (This role may have a teaching element although not class responsibility).
