Unity Schools Partnership is looking for a HR Administration Assistant. Are you looking for a rewarding new role, or perhaps hoping to start your career in HR? We are seeking a part time HR Administration Assistant to join our central services team.

As a first point of contact for the HR helpdesk, you will play an important role in providing a helpful, professional and timely service to colleagues across the trust. You will have a busy and varied workload, supporting a range of transactional HR processes including:

  • Contract changes
  • Recruitment administration
  • Issuing contracts and contract change letters
  • Responding to internal and external queries
  • Maintaining accurate employee records on our HR system
  • Providing user support to staff
