Opus Teach is recruiting temporary SEN support staff, SEND teaching assistants, and SEMH specialists to meet the growing demand for high-quality support in schools, PRUs and specialist provisions across Suffolk.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Mainstream or specialist school settings
  • Care, residential or social care environments
  • Alternative provisions
  • PRUs, SEN units and specialist behaviour settings

Whether you’re a qualified teacher, SEN TA, learning support assistant, or an experienced SEMH practitioner, your skills are highly valued.

Skills and Experience That Make a Difference:

  • Knowledge of SEND, SEMH and specialist education
  • Understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning pathways
  • Experience supporting children with learning difficulties, complex needs or behavioural challenges
