The team
In this role you will be part of a county-wide based team where you will be supporting the relevant manager who is responsible for services within your area. You will work toward the Suffolk County Council’s vision and Adult and Community Services priorities to promote better outcomes for residents of Suffolk. The team will be responsible for supporting some of the most vulnerable adults in Suffolk, offering services such as social services, occupational therapy, helping people to maintain independence to stay at home, mental health and learning disability services, commissioning and contracting functions.
