Groundworks Programme Tutor role involves managing a caseload of apprenticeship learners, supporting their development of skills, knowledge, and behaviours in collaboration with employers.
You will guide learners through their apprenticeship journey, provide coaching, mentoring, and regular progress reviews to help them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Manage caseload of apprenticeship learners.
- Collaborate with employers to support learner development.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular progress reviews.
- Travel to various workplaces across the East of England to support learners.
- Maintain accurate records and use digital systems for learner data.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Groundwork experience essential.
- Relevant qualification in the field.
- Previous hands‑on industry experience.
- Previous experience in an assessing role desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good IT skills and ability to use digital systems.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
