King Edward VI School is looking for a Student Behaviour Support Worker.

Your role

You will be assisting the Senior Leadership Team in the running of our Reset Room.

Your responsibilities

You will work alongside colleagues offering support to students, logging their attendance and giving immediate assistance to any behaviour needs. You will also provide basic learning activities that mirror classroom expectations.

You will need:

  • good literacy and numeracy skills, eitherLevel 2 - GCSE grade β€˜4’ or above in English and Mathematics
  • strong communication skills
  • experience of working with young people is essential - within a school setting would be an advantage but not a requirement.
