Pushforward Secondary Education Ltd are seeking to appoint a Safeguarding Administrator. The Pushforward Group of companies helps young people that don’t fit the standard one-size fits all academic system by providing an individualised programme that helps them feel confident, comfortable and find their spark.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for any parent/student that calls HO with queries and triage all calls for Safeguarding.
- Monitoring and analysing attendance and producing weekly reports for the Safeguarding team.
- Creating, checking and being the first point of contact for Risk Assessments.
- Ensuring the database and any trackers are up to date on anything relating to Safeguarding.
- Ensuring the Safeguarding elements of onboarding of new students is completed.
- Assisting with the creation of Newsletter statistics and training information for staff.
- Minute the Safeguarding Meetings on a Wednesday on Form provided and send to Safeguarding Assistant Director who will share with the team and Directors.
- Any other Safeguarding administration as required.
