About the role

  • Learn how to advise managers on real people issues
  • Work alongside experienced HR professionals on complex and sensitive cases
  • Build your confidence in influencing, problem‑solving and decision‑making
  • Complete a formal HR apprenticeship alongside your role
  • Gain the skills, knowledge and behaviours to become a fully‑fledged HR Advisor

On successful completion, you will progress into a substantive Band E HR Advisor role. This role is about learning by doing – you’ll be trusted early, supported properly, and developed quickly.
