Salary: £21,621.60 per annum + Great Benefits
Hours: Four weekdays, 8.45 am to 4.45 pm (we are flexible on which days) Saturdays, 8.45 am to 1.00 pm (32 hrs per week)

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face of Suffolk Building Society, helping our members with their financial needs while creating meaningful connections. This is more than just a customer service role—it’s a chance to make a real difference.
