Suffolk Building Society is seeking a dynamic Business Development role focused on expanding its broker network across the Midlands. This remote position involves identifying new broker firms, onboarding them, and providing a dedicated point of contact to strengthen relationships while promoting our lending solutions.

You will build a robust pipeline, support brokers with case shaping and product knowledge, and work with the Head of Intermediaries to implement strategic approaches.
