Salary: Starting from £22,932 per annum + great benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hrs per week)

About the Role
As a Member Support Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face of Suffolk Building Society, helping our members with their financial needs while creating meaningful connections. This is more than just a customer service role—it’s a chance to make a real difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide an outstanding, friendly, and professional experience to all members through our contact channels (online portal, web chat, telephone, post and email) in relation to savings products and eSavings enquiries.
- Stay up to date with our products and services, ensuring you can confidently assist members and our branch staff.
- Support local community initiatives and charity programs.
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive workplace.
