Location: Head Office, IP3 9SJ

Salary: Starting from£27,150 to £28,180 gross per annum (depending on experience) + great benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hrs per week)

About the Role

As a Completions Officer you’ll maintain a high-quality service and ensure all mortgage applications and additional borrowing applications are processed through to completion in accordance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with the Society’s Lending Policy. This is more than just a customer service role—it’s a chance to make a real difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare cases for the release of funds, ensuring compliance with the Society’s Lending Criteria. Verify that all Certificates of Title are accurate and complete and confirm that all mortgage conditions have been met prior to the release of funds.

• Handle all solicitor correspondence following the issuance of the Society’s Mortgage Offer effectively.

• Assist mortgage intermediaries with the packaging of mortgage applications to ensure cases are progressed in an efficient manner.

• Ensure that all phone calls are managed proficiently, addressing queries promptly. Develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships to ensure efficient service delivery to Society customers, mortgage intermediaries, valuers, solicitors, and other staff.

•Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive workplace.
