Salary: £10,319.40 per annum + Great Benefits
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, 8.45 am to 2.45 pm; Saturdays, 8.45 am to 12.00 pm (15 hrs per week)

About the Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face of Suffolk Building Society, helping our members with their financial needs while creating meaningful connections. This is more than just a customer service role—it’s a chance to make a real difference.
What You’ll Do
- Provide an outstanding, friendly, and professional experience to all members.
- Handle financial transactions with care and accuracy.
- Offer guidance on our savings and mortgage products, helping members make informed choices.
- Stay up to date with our products and services, ensuring you can confidently assist members.
