What will I be doing?
- Responsible for service delivery – namely providing operational data/trend analysis at your location.
- Prepare data collection, management, and analysis of financial budgets for the location, social value, and training.
- Support continuous improvement, and identify initiatives and ideas through data analysis and working with operations.
- Monitor compliance to ensure that all aspects of the projects are up-to-date and being adhered to.
- Develop, deliver, and monitor projects to increase participation and recycling in the region.
- Develop relationships and be main point of contact with residents, community groups, schools, and local stakeholders in the borough.
What are the Requirements?
- Experience delivering social value projects.
- The successful candidate must feel confident when dealing with both internal and external customers and work well as part of a team.
- Ability in Microsoft Office packages and experience of administrational operating systems are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a natural communicator and have the confidence to stand up in front of a range of different audiences and build positive relationships with them.
