As a People Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality employee experience across the full employee life cycle. Working within our HR Shared Services team, you will support day-to-day People operations and help deliver our People Strategy with a strong focus on service excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
You will take ownership of onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring new starters, internal movers, and leavers all receive a smooth, supportive, and engaging experience. Your work will directly contribute to improving attraction, recruitment, and retention across the organisation.
You will also support the “back-office” functions of our HRIS, using your attention to detail to identify issues and implement corrective actions that result in long-term, sustainable fixes. In addition, you will contribute to payroll-related administration, including processing starters and leavers, running P45s and supporting monthly payroll activity, all key areas in ensuring an accurate, trusted service for our colleagues.
