In this Business Administration role, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of our general and contract operations at our hazardous services depot. You’ll play an important part in keeping our operations efficient, well‑coordinated and aligned with our organisational values. You will help maintain positive working relationships across the site and wider business, supporting a culture where everyone feels valued, respected and able to contribute.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting a safety‑first mindset, ensuring incidents and events are reported promptly and that effective processes are in place.
  • Providing day‑to‑day guidance to support consistent methods, processes and clear instruction across the business.
  • Implementing standardised systems of work to improve efficiency and accuracy within administrative activities.
  • Supporting our COUPA procurement system, including order processing, invoicing, payment workflows and resolving invoice queries.

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
