What will I be doing?
Youwill operate the site\’s weighbridge system, controlling all entries into/out of the site, maintaining the site diary and ensuring an organised office at all times.
You will:
- Assist with general administrative duties, such as answering phones and directing calls.
- Carry out inductions for visitors to the site.
- Ensure that anyone going onto the site is provided with the appropriate protective equipment.
- Complete appropriate documentation, in accordance with legal guidelines.
- Ensure that all SUEZ Health and Safety policies are followed, at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the team.
- To deliver outstanding front-line customer service
What are the requirements?
You will need to be self‑motivated, have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team, as well as:
- A flexible approach to work -you will be expected to cover for holidays and sick days if required.
- The ability and willingness to undertake other roles on site, with the required training and development being provided.
