What will I be doing?
You’ll a professional, accurate and people‑focused administration service that supports the efficiency of the training team. As the first point of contact for internal training enquiries, you’ll resolve queries wherever possible and elevate when needed, helping colleagues access the right learning at the right time.
Alongside regular communication and customer service, you’ll complete core monthly administrative activities, including:
- Checking, updating and reconciling training schedules to ensure accuracy
- Recording and analysing data using Excel spreadsheets
- Raising invoices, updating databases and maintaining organised filing systems
- Supporting improvements to administrative processes and systems
- Keeping training and learner information accurate across SUEZ IT systems
This role offers real responsibility, exposure to learning and development activity, and the chance to build transferable skills in administration, data handling and stakeholder support.
