What will I be doing?
- Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily running of thesite operations ensuring full compliance on the site.
- Ensuring theefficient deployment of staff and resources, this will mean you will need to:
- work closely with the other members of the team and contribute to ensuring we provide the best service to our clients and customers
- supervise personnel and fixed plant, monitoring quality and continually striving to implement process improvements
- collating working hours of staff for payroll on a monthly basis, maintain budgetary control over operations, order equipment and resource for the site.
