As a key member of our Business Support team at our Cornwall energy from waste facility, you’ll help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our general, contract and management systems administration. Key responsibilities include:- Providing day‑to‑day administrative support for business operations, ensuring consistent processes and high‑quality service.
- Supporting our COUPA procurement system, including order processing, invoicing and payment workflows.
- Assisting with invoice queries and helping resolve issues efficiently.
- Completing accurate data entry, document preparation (letters, minutes, reports) and supporting senior management with business documentation.
