Mobile Site Operative – SUEZ

Location: St Erth (travel to local SUEZ HWRC sites when required)
Hours per week: 40
Pay: £12.60 per hour

About the Role
What will I be doing?
- Providing excellent levels of customer service; advising and assisting members of the public on how to use the site to maximise recovery of materials.
- Maintaining accurate records for the removal of materials from the site.
- Controlling the exchange of containers by booking loads with relevant staff, ensuring the site always has space to segregate and store material correctly.
- Maintaining a tidy site within my/her areas of responsibility.
- Ensuring SUEZ complies fully with its legal duties in regard to the health, safety and welfare of employees and others affected by my actions or omissions.
- Co‑operating with SUEZ and other employees to comply with the site permit, all applicable legislation, and SUEZ policies and procedures.
- Any other duties that are reasonably requested within the scope of the job role.
Requirements
With the potential to gain qualifications including IOSH health, we are looking for an enthusiastic team player who will be expected to join the current site team to ensure operations exceed the standards required.
What You Will Need
- A good level of customer service and ability to work in a team.
- Ideally prior mobile plant use is desirable but full training will be given.
- A flexible approach to work will be advantageous as you will be expected to cover holiday and sick days if required.
