What you will be doing
- Providing excellent levels of customer service and advising members of the public on how to use the site to maximise recovery of materials they deposit.
- A flexible approach is required.
- Full driving licence is required and own transport is preferable.
- Maintaining accurate records for the removal of materials from the site.
- Controlling the exchange of containers by booking loads with the relevant person, ensuring the site has space to segregate and store material correctly.
- Maintaining a tidy site within your areas of responsibility.
- Ensuring SUEZ complies with health, safety and welfare duties and with site permits and applicable legislation and SUEZ Policies and Procedures.
- Co-operating with SUEZ and other employees to comply with site permits and policies.
- Any other duties reasonably requested within the scope of the job role.
What are the requirements
With the potential to gain qualifications including IOSH health, we are looking for an enthusiastic team player who will join the current site team to ensure operations exceed the required standards.
- A good level of customer service and ability to work in a team.
- Ideally prior mobile plant use is desirable, but full training will be given.
- A flexible approach to work is advantageous to cover holidays and sickness if required.
