About the role:
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our recycling and recovery team in Poole. You will be part of a dedicated regional field sales team that secures new business for SUEZ. Your day‑to‑day will involve building relationships with new clients, promoting our Total Waste Solution and helping customers meet all a client’s needs while delivering on sales and revenue targets.
What you will be doing:
- Secure new profitable business within your geographic area to meet set sales targets.
- Build relationships with new clients and promote a Total Waste Solution that meets all client needs.
- Operate in a specific geographic area, working closely with internal teams to achieve your goals and communicate consistently with customers about the recycling ethos and the future of non‑landfill solutions.
Requirements:
- Proactive and reactive selling of profitable new business within your area, meeting set targets.
- Reporting leads, calls, quotes, and contract activity on the Company Operating System.
- Driven, experienced and IT‑literate – proven track record in sales.
- Great can‑do attitude and sales experience.
- Background in the waste industry highly desirable but not essential.
- Capable of creating sales plans, direct selling, presenting to clients and negotiating at all levels.
- Team player who thrives on working with fellow Field Sales Executives and brings a creative, collaborative approach.
