What will I be doing as a Credit Controller?
The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing a ledger of SUEZ customer accounts (determined by Business need and subject to amendment) as part of a credit team.
Key responsibilities of that role include being responsible for the cash collection on their ledger, ensuring that debts are paid in a timely manner, whilst aiming to meet Cash and Debtor targets set by the Business. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Credit team and contribute to the SUEZ, Recycling and Recovery UK Credit Control function.
What are the requirements?
- A good knowledge of Microsoft applications is required.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle disputes.
- You need to be a good team player who enjoys the challenge of working towards targets.
- Able to make decisions in most instances without referral.
- Able to work quickly and effectively on a large portfolio of debtors.
- You must be well organised and able to work in a high pressured environment.
- CICM membership or a desire to become CICM qualified is beneficial.
