About The Role: As a Regional Business Development Manager at SUEZ, recycling and recovery UK, you will contribute to an established recycling and recovery company that helps customers reduce their impact on the environment. Good working knowledge of the lithium battery recycling market is highly desirable. The role requires UK wide national travel. Base location is Luton or Wellingborough for commutability. Base salary up to £50,096. Commission structure to be discussed at interview. 21 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. Mon - Fri 37.5 hours per week.
You will be responsible for developing tailored responses and giving client presentations that result in new additions to our regional portfolio. When a new customer joins, you will be the central point for negotiating and configuring a contract solution and ensure smooth implementation to provide a positive experience. You will refine our regional sales proposition, build our profile within the marketplace and develop a market position for our brand.
What are the requirements?
- Track record of winning and developing new large customers (annualised value of £75K - £1M) and be financially aware and commercially astute.
- Experience in a senior sales role with high service levels, great customer experience, expectation management and profit maximisation.
- Preferably have sound knowledge of lithium battery recycling or UK waste and resource management industry.
- Automotive industry familiarity is an advantage.
- Strong demonstrable sales experience and previous success is a must have.
