We are seeking an Inventory Controller for our Severnside Energy Recovery Centre to maintain plant performance by ensuring inventory supports maximum availability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and control inventory of engineering spares, maintenance consumables, and critical parts to support maximum plant availability and efficiency.
  • Order stock, issue items to teams, and maintain accurate records using maintenance/inventory management systems.
  • Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and minimise overstock or shortages to optimise availability.
  • Take ownership of the inventory budget, track spend, and contribute to cost‑effective procurement decisions.
  • Ensure all stock processes comply with health and safety regulations.
