What will I be doing?
- Making outbound cold calls to businesses selling our waste management services.
- Generating and qualifying new business leads.
- Building strong relationships and closing sales over the phone.
- Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
- Using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow‑ups.
What are the requirements?
- 1+ year of outbound sales or telesales experience preferably in B2B or B2C.
- A background in the waste industry isn’t essential, as we’ll give you all the training you need.
- Confident communicator with a strong sales mindset.
- Resilient, motivated, and target‑driven.
- Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude.
- Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls daily.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Driven, experienced and IT‑literate, you’ll have a proven track record in sales.
- A true team player, you’ll thrive on working with your fellow Tele Sales Executives and bring a creative, collaborative approach to everything you do.
