Join us to unleash your talent and help us achieve our shared goals.\\n\\n * To be successful in this role you will need a WAMITAB level 4 or COTC and NEBOSH or IOSH certificate.\\n\\n * We are offering a salary of £47,348, plus company car or car allowance of £7,734.80 per annum. benefits include up to 10% annual bonus, 3x life assurance policy, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and 5% employer pension.\\n\\n * You will be based in Salt Ayre but must be willing to travel to our other Lancashire sites when needed for holiday or sickness cover.\\n\\nWhat will I be doing?\\n\\nReporting to the Regional Manager, the Site Manager will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the site.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will hold full operational responsibility, including: health, safety and environmental compliance; managing a team of people based at the sites; managing performance KPIs for SUEZ and the local authority client.\\n\\nOperations include operating mobile plant, achieving high recycling and recovery rates for the sites; material flow management, provision and management of excellent customer service to the local authority client and the general public.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will seek out value adding opportunities arising from the operations managed.\\n\\nWhat are the requirements?\\n\\nApplicants must be able to demonstrate good communication and people management skills.\\nThe successful candidate must feel confident when dealing with both internal and external customers and work well as part of a team.\\nTechnical competence such as COTC and a general safety qualification are essential.\\nAbility in Microsoft Office package and experience of administrational operating systems are essential.\\nSupervisory experience.\\n\\nWho we are\\n\\nJoin us, and you’ll be part of a forward-thinking business where people are free to grow.
