About the Role * £86,337 as a package + Benefits * Within our Cawleys I&C business. * Can be based at Milton Keynes or Luton What will I be doing? * Reporting to the Contract Director, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Milton Keynes and Luton depots * They will Lead the onsite operational teams. * Responsible for collections of residual and recycling material in order to deliver a successful business for our customer. Key responsibilities of the role will include: * Managing a multi-site waste collection & processing operation. * Maximise profits and deliver financial results within a challenging budget by constantly reviewing current standards and practices and implement changes to improve the standard of delivery * Providing excellent service to our customers. * This will also involve working with the Business Transformation Managers to develop and implement LEAN manufacturing principles.
