  • This is a 18 month Fixed term contract
  • Based at Weston-super-Mare
  • Salary is £30,000 per annum + 3% Bonus + Benefits

What Will I be Doing?

  • We are looking for a capable Recruimtnet Coordinator to join our in house talent acquisition team.
  • You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment to support the hiring of Drivers and Loaders within the Somerset Contract.

What are the Requirements?

  • To apply, candidates should possess relevant experience in a full life-cycle recruitment role gained either in-house or with an agency and have the drive to make an impact in this challenging but rewarding role.
  • Be a team player and able to work without supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and orally
  • Possess formidable organisational skills and have the confidence to be able to speak fluently over the telephone - both to stakeholders and to to external parties.
