Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer who is used to managing the whole life cycle process? This is an excellent opportunity to make a much sought after career move to an internal / in-house, business support role. You can help create a greener UK. As a Recruitment Consultant at SUEZ, recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established recycling and recovery company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

About the Role

  • Based at Weston-super-Mare
  • Offered on a Full-Time / 16 Month FTC
  • £32,937 - £38,636 + Up to 10% Bonus + Benefits

What will I be doing?

  • We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our in house talent acquisition team.
  • You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment within the business.
  • Liaising with stakeholders in all areas of the business.

  • The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent with the enthusiasm and drive to take on a new challenge and take their career in a new direction.
  • By proactively sourcing and identifying qualified candidates from numerous sources, you will be using your outgoing nature and strong communication skills to cold-call passive candidates, continually building a pipeline of top talent and developing a network suitable for potential employment within SUEZ UK.
  • You will be experienced in building strong relationships with all levels of management and HR to understand business and talent needs, working closely with the hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies.

To apply candidates should possess relevant experience in a full life-cycle recruitment role gained either in-house or with an agency and have the drive to make an impact in this challenging but rewarding role.
