The role requires a Full UK Driving License
Location: Supporting the North Region (Manchester and Above) can be based in any SUEZ site in the North such as Higher Swan Lane, Longley Lane, Darwen etc.
Salary: 43,562 - 50,000 dependant on experience
Benefits: up to 10% annual bonus, Company Car OR Car Allowance (up to 8,000 per annum), 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, 5% employer pension
What will I be doing? As a Learning and Development Business Partner, you will play a key role in developing the skills, competencies and behaviours of our people which will support our future growth plans in line with our Talent, Learning and Development strategies. As such you will:
- Regularly assess the development needs of individuals and Divisional DMs to measure the success of development plans to optimise learning opportunities for all employees, teams, and business units.
