SUEZ UK is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to support the North Region from the Darwen office.

You will shape workforce planning, oversee recruitment, rewards, ER, performance management, and L&D to enable operational delivery.

You will provide proactive HR advice on day-to-day employment matters, guide policy implementation, and manage disciplinary and grievance processes.

CIPD Level 5 or an equivalent degree is required, with demonstrable generalist HR experience.
