About the Role
- £43,562 per year + Car / Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
- Join a team providing operational HR support across the North Region - you will be ideally based at our Darwen office
What will I be doing?
- Ensure the North region has effective workforce plans in place, including staffing, recruitment, reward, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development initiatives, to support operational delivery and business objectives.
- Provide proactive and pragmatic HR and Employee Relations advice on day-to-day employment matters, supporting managers with policy application, case management, performance issues, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, and employee engagement.
What are the requirements?
- CIPD qualification - Level 5 minimum.
- If not CIPD qualification, appropriate degree/ higher qualification.
- Demonstrative experience in providing generalist support to a business.
- Has led employee relations related processes (e. g. Disciplinary meetings, appeals, grievances).
