About the Role
Based at Avonmouth. Working pattern is 22:00 to 06:00 Sunday - Thursday. Salary rate is £35,504.10 + 10% shift allowance to reflect antisocial hours (permanent nights) + up to 10% Bonus + Benefits.
What will I be doing?
- Supervise, motivate, involve and develop employees in order to create a positive work environment which delivers outstanding customer service through the efficient and effective collection, recycling, and recovery of waste material at the site.
What are the Requirements?
- Previous experience of supervising MRF shifts.
- IOSH mandatory and preferable experience/licence for mobile plant as will be heading up and developing flexibly trained team.
- Looking for organised self-starters.
- Supervisory experience.
