About the Role
- £28,673 basic salary + Commission + Benefits
- Based at Exeter - fully office based
- Full time / permanent role - Monday to Friday
- 20 holiday allowance + bank holidays
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to businesses to promote and sell waste management services.
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Build strong customer relationships and close sales over the phone.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
- Use CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and follow-up activity.
Requirements
- 1+ year of outbound sales or telesales experience, ideally in B2B or B2C.
- A confident communicator with a strong sales mindset.
- Resilient, motivated, target-driven.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls each day.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven track record in sales and good IT literacy.
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively and brings creativity and energy to the role.
